I was born and raised in VA --down in the Southwestern corner in a small town (Big Stone Gap). I do alot of Family History and many of my ancestors came from VA. SO--I LOVE your state.

Congrats on being a cancer survivor... God Bless You. I hope that cancer stays away from you....

Thanks for the AIDS Awareness. I lost a great friend in the '80's from AIDS.

i was unaware of this project. thanks for sharing! i'm just sad i found it after the fact. i guesd i need to do WW on wednesday rather than... well...saturday. opps!
