Aloha Friday Again

HOOAH!. . . . . It's Aloha Friday time and the week-end has started! Hope you all have something fun planned for this beautiful Friday in August! Don't forget to click on over to An Island Life to read more about Aloha Fridays! My question for today is:
"How many times a week do you do some form of exercise?"

(My answer would be: I try to power walk 4x a week. I also live near my gym/sports club, so it is easy for me to get to some classes - I like to do muscle conditioning 2x/week and Yoga/Pilates 2x/week ~ As I get older, think these classes are important too!)

Monday Madness ~ Back to Reality!

I'm baaaaaccckkkkk! ~ A busy month visiting parents, kids and friends ~ it was all wonderful, but time to get back to work! The White River was so beautiful ~ This pic can only show a small titch of how peaceful our time spent there was! Happy Monday to all and have a great week!

If you could leave right now for a "get-away" weekend" that was within driving distance from where you live, where would you go?
(Hmm. . . my answer would be: The Outer Banks (Nags Head, NC) in the Corolla area ~ Just me and my hubby hanging out on the beach under an umbrella with my coffee and a good book and lots of strolls on the beach and late night walks under the moonlight. . . . .Ahhhhhhh!!!)

(I will be ordering from this company soon and want to see what some favorites are ~ All of their products are made with a high grade neoprene! The items above are, on order from left to right, Digital Camera Sleeve, camera case/utility case, Sunglasses case, make-up clutch, handbag, Computer sleeve, clutch and make-up organizer) My favorite is the make-up clutch and sunglasses case and I love the orange/blue Hawaiian look and the pink floral!)

(My answer is: My Mama ( "mommy") ~" I love you so much and wished I lived closer and could just drop by and pick you up for lunch today! Living far away is so hard the older we get ~ so I am sorry for the distance, but hope you know how much you mean to me every minute of the day!")
