HOOAH!. . . . . It's Aloha Friday time and the week-end has started! Hope you all have something fun planned for this beautiful Friday in August! Don't forget to click on over to An Island Life to read more about Aloha Fridays! My question for today is:
"How many times a week do you do some form of exercise?"
(My answer would be: I try to power walk 4x a week. I also live near my gym/sports club, so it is easy for me to get to some classes - I like to do muscle conditioning 2x/week and Yoga/Pilates 2x/week ~ As I get older, think these classes are important too!)

Oooo, this is easy for me. about a month ago, I started Yoga. I LOVEEEE it. and practice it daily now
does doing the dishes, cleaning the house count? all kidding aside i really need to get back into walking 3x a week-i felt so much better when I walked
4 to 6. I get grumpy if I don't work out!
4-7 here....lots of golfing whether on the course or at the driving range!
If you count chasing my daughters all over the place - I'd say 7 days a week! LOL
About 4-6 times a week. These days it is mostly power walking with the jogging stroller.
About 4 times a week I run. Usually between 6 and 8 miles.
I don't belong to a gym. I feel like mowing, yard work, up and down the basement steps multiple times to do laundry is exercise. Additionally, I work in market research. I moderate food taste tests and often walk between 4-8 miles a day at work. My legs and feet get a work out, so I never feel the need to do "exercise". I do try and do some stretches though because muscles get tight and it helps the arthritis and general aches and pains of someone my age.

Thanks for the visit, always enjoy it and look forward to your next one.
I might wear my pedometer today at work, does that count? lol

I do try to exercise at least two or more times a week....I've been trying lately to get my tummy back.
I wish I had your kind of energy! I do walk about 4X a week and that is all the time there is.
i exercise 3 times. i would like to do more but get so tired! i wish i didnt have to lol
Before I had kids, I was an avid runner and actually enjoyed it. Since I had kids, I'm lucky if I make time for myself on the treadmill. I really need to do that!
BTW, thanks so much for the follow. I am following back! :)
Stopping in to say hi, hoping you're ok, it's been awhile since you've posted.
