HOOAH!. . . . . It's Aloha Friday time and the week-end has started! Hope you all have something fun planned for this beautiful Friday in August! Don't forget to click on over to An Island Life to read more about Aloha Fridays! My question for today is:
"How many times a week do you do some form of exercise?"
(My answer would be: I try to power walk 4x a week. I also live near my gym/sports club, so it is easy for me to get to some classes - I like to do muscle conditioning 2x/week and Yoga/Pilates 2x/week ~ As I get older, think these classes are important too!)
